The danger of sharks

The shark is the word that provokes the fear and the charm at the same time. And this word also attracts as the huge headline. So, the question appears where this fear of sharks comes from. Some psychologists refer this fear to the fears that all people have. People consider that these fears were developed on base of the negative experience got during the long period of existence since the history of humanity started.

The fear of sharks is also referred to the inner fears to which the fear of spiders, snakes, big predators, etc. is also referred. The accidents with sharks that appear in mass media every year are not favourable for the changes in the image of the shark.

The attacks and accidents with sharks were always the topic for discussion. Human being doesn't belong to the spectrum of the sharks' prey. And it would be useless to suppose that the animal that was developing millions of years just mixed the human being with the necessary prey.

But at the same time it is the paradox. Sharks must be smart enough to understand the connection of the boat and people inside it and to make the attempt to overturn the boat to get the victims. But at the same time the shark is unable to tell the surfboard from the surfer and the seal. Sharks attack rarely because of different reasons. The majority of these reasons are known and in the majority of cases the person is guilty in attacks.
